Listed below are our current covid-safe working practices. Please be aware that these are in addition to our standard terms and conditions. It is assumed that by completing your booking with Panda's Pet Pampering you have read and accepted these conditions.
Updated covid-safety measures

Customers must please wear a mask when we are in a shared space, or when owner participation is required.

Customers must please provide a clean, dry towel for each pet (when a wet bath is required as part of a groom).

Customers will kindly dispose of any waste at the end of the appointment. This shall be collected and bagged for your convenience.

Appointments must be carried out in a well ventilated space away from all household members. This includes children and other animals.

I will thoroughly disinfect all work surfaces with a pet-safe disinfectant spray. I am also committed to wearing a face covering at all times. At this moment I am unable to accept offers of refreshment - but thank you for offering.

24 hours notice is required should an appointment need to be rescheduled or cancelled. For your convenience, reminder texts will be sent the day before to the phone number given upon booking. Failure to respond to this message will result in a cancelled appointment.

I must be notified in advance if anyone in the household is unwell, is self-isolating, has tested positive for covid-19 or has recently returned from a destination listed on the government's amber or red quarantine list. This is non-negotiable, and failure to do so will result in a terminated appointment without notice and at full charge.

Payment must be made via bank transfer or cash at the time of the appointment.

I am committed to undertaking regular and routine covid-19 testing for mine and my customers safety. Likewise, to date I am fully vaccinated and had a booster in December 2021.
